Abstract: China attaches great importance to agricultural production and reducing losses and waste, and emphasizes adoption of comprehensive measures to reduce losses and waste in various links of agricultural production．Application prospects of intelligent technology in agricultural production are broad．Current application status of intelligent technology in agricultural production was elaborated, challenges faced in its application development were analyzed, development trends were pointed out, and development suggestions were proposed．It could provide reference for research on application of intelligent technology in agricultural production．
