基于Solidworks的农村厕所粪污处理机全挂车车架设计及仿真

Design and simulation of trailer frame for rural toilet manure treatment machine based on Solidworks

  • 摘要: 针对农村厕所粪污处理机全挂车车架在移动过程中容易开裂的现象,设计了一款可靠、安全的全挂车车架。利用Solidworks软件对载质量8 t的全挂车车架的纵梁、横梁及副支撑梁进行设计并通过三维建模进行仿真分析。同时,对简化的全挂车车架纵梁进行车架危险截面确定及强度校核,对全挂车车架进行位移及应力校核。根据受力分析和计算结果再进行结构优化完善,确保整车车架参数在安全范围内,最终完成整体车架结构设计。开展了农村厕所粪污处理机试验,试验处理量3.1 m3/h,处理后粪水pH值6.55、BOD降低91%、COD降低75.9%、氨氮降低79.57%和悬浮物降低99.65%,实现了农村厕所粪污就近、就地机械化处理,为资源化利用奠定基础。

     

    Abstract: A reliable and safe trailer frame has been designed to address issue of cracking during movement of frame of a rural toilet manure treatment machine trailer.Longitudinal beams, transverse beams, and auxiliary support beams of full trailer frame with a load capacity of 8 tons were designed using Solidworks software, and simulation analysis was conducted through 3D modeling.At the same time, simplified longitudinal beam of full trailer frame was subjected to determination of dangerous section of frame and strength verification, and displacement and stress verification of full trailer frame were carried out.Based on force analysis and calculation results, structural optimization and improvement were carried out to ensure that parameters of entire vehicle frame were within a safe range, ultimately completing overall frame structure design.A rural toilet manure treatment machine experiment was carried out with a treatment capacity of 3.1 m3/h.After treatment, pH value of manure water was 6.55, BOD was reduced by 91%, COD was reduced by 75.9%, ammonia nitrogen was reduced by 79.57%, and suspended solids were reduced by 99.65%.This achieved mechanized treatment of rural toilet manure nearby and on-site, laying foundation for resource utilization.
