Abstract: Integration of rural three industries is an inevitable requirement for promoting high-quality development of agriculture and rural economy．Developing new industries and formats in rural areas is also an important lever to lead rural revitalization．From perspective of integration of three industries, current situation and problems in Hebei Province were studied．Combining practice path of integration of three industries in main grain producing area of Caobawang Village, Yongnian District, Handan City, by extending agricultural industry chain, achieving inter industry integration, developing circular agriculture, driving integration within industry chain, developing smart agriculture, achieving deep integration of scientific and technological innovation and modern agriculture, and continuously leveraging traction of leading enterprises, achieving specific path of integrating new business entities, integration goals of agricultural value-added, farmers' income increase, and rural prosperity were achieved, and a new path for rural revitalization was started．
