Abstract: Garlic is a traditional superior agricultural product in Lanling County, Shandong Province, and garlic industry is an important agricultural pillar industry in Lanling County．Current situation of garlic industry development in Lanling County was analyzed from aspects of scale efficiency, storage and processing, brand creation, quality control, garlic shoot buying and selling and insurance support．Main problems affecting current development of garlic industry were analyzed．Seven suggestions were put forward to promote development of garlic industry in Lanling County, in order to provide decision-making reference for high-quality development of garlic industry in Lanling County．
