Abstract:
To address shortage of technical elements in rural areas and activate endogenous development momentum, mechanism and pathway for embedding agricultural vocational colleges' scientific research and technological achievements into rural fields have been systematically explored, based on field theory and technology embedding theory, and adopting a combination of literature review and case study method.Research found that agricultural higher vocational colleges, relying on advantages such as targeted technical supply and synergy between talent and technology, have formed diverse embedding models, including university-local co-construction physical platform, one county and one industry technology package, and training and education integration. However, dilemmas persist, such as structural mismatch between technical supply and demand of scientific and technological achievements, obstacles in achievement transformation, insufficient multi-subject collaboration, and cultural exclusion in rural fields.Research indicates that it is necessary to realize in-depth adaptation between scientific research and technological achievements and rural fields through optimized pathways such as constructing a demand-oriented research system, innovating achievement transformation mechanisms, building a multi-subject collaborative network, and promoting technology and culture integration.Practical reference for agricultural higher vocational colleges to empower rural revitalization with science and technology has been provided.
