Abstract: Leisure agriculture has promoted development of new countryside in southern Shaanxi，but there are also some problems.Based on the concept of leisure agriculture，the general situation of new countryside and main types of leisure agriculture in southern Shaanxi were introduced，existing problems of leisure agriculture in new countryside in southern Shaanxi were put forward and analyzed，and suggestions were put forward to expand scale of leisure agriculture development and to develop ecologically.At the same time，we need to strengthen government guidance，improve relevant rules and regulations，infrastructure and service level，and use internet to strengthen publicity，which would effectively promote development of leisure agriculture in the new rural areas of southern Shaanxi.
