Abstract: Based on analysis of documents，internet penetration rate，and the number of million million website domain name were selected as explanatory variable，value added as explanatory variables for regression analysis per capita agriculture. Results showed that popularity rate has a significant impact on agricultural development and has obvious lag effect.
