Design and Experiment on Nondestructive Header of Energy Forest

  • 摘要: 能源林作为可再生资源越来越受到重视,与之配套的收获机研究也成为热点。该文设计了一种无损能源林收割割台,采用整体焊接式机架、前倾8°双圆环锯盘、最低点限位等结构。与中农机4MG275型棉花秸秆收获机主机挂接进行各项性能试验,试验结果表明,在锯盘切割线速度一定的情况下,漏割率、破茬率和留茬高度均与行走速度呈正相关趋势,破茬率与其他机型相比降低1%-1.5%。

     

    Abstract: Energy forest as a renewable resource had gained more and more attention,and related harvester research had become a hot spot.The nondestructive header of energy forest cutting units was designed,with overall welded frame,double ring and sloping 8 degree angle between circular saw and horizontal plane,minimum location limit.This unit attached 4MG275type cotton straw harvesters by ZHONGNONGJI′s manufacturing can perform testing experiments.The test results showed that,under condition of saw cutting line speed in a certain set,leakage rate of cutting,broken stubble rate and stubble height were positive correlations with machine walking speed.Broken stubble rate than other models reduced by 1%-1.5%.
