Abstract: In the rapid urbanization and urbanrural integration process，Beijing should go to a new peopleoriented urbanization.New urbanization has some features.In there，city has a reasonable spatial layout，farmers rights and interests are maintained，transient population can be treated well，industrial structure is optimized，ecofriendly city has been built，democracy and the legal system to be fully developed.
