摘要: 采用柱后光照衍生的方法,提高黄曲霉毒素B1、G1和M1的荧光强度,同时检测牛奶中黄曲霉毒素B1、B2、G1、G2、M1。在选定的条件下,采用柱后光照衍生法比不采用衍生直接测定的方法B1灵敏度提高18倍、G1灵敏度提高25倍、M1灵敏度提高4倍。该方法简单,相对成本较低,适用于大量样品的常规监督检测。Abstract: Fluorescence intensity of aflatoxins B1,G1,M1 were improved by using post-column light derived method.Aflatoxins of B1,B2,G1,G2 and M1 in milk were detected at the same time.Under the selected conditions,the sensitivity of aflatoxin B1 increased about 18 times,alfatoxin G1 increased about 25 times and alfatoxin G1 increased about 4 times than direct determination.This method is simple,and its cost is relatively lower.It is especially suitable detection of the routine and a large number of samples.
