Abstract: Rural land expropriation is inevitable with process of accelerative industrialization in China.Different land expropriation policies were proposed in different periods.Reform process of land expropriation system was commented in different land periods.Some questions and their counter measurements of reform were stated in China.It provides a reference for land expropriation system in new period.
