基于ProE的高效生物质秸秆粉碎机关键部件设计

摘要: 生物质秸秆粉碎机是一种将生物质秸秆进行粉碎的高速机械,传统的设计方法是利用平面二维图表示,不直观,修改不便。应用ProE对高效生物质秸秆粉碎机的关键部件进行了三维造型设计,对设计的三维模型进行了物理性质分析和干涉检查,根据分析结果确定装配效果及各结构的合理性,并对方案进行了修正,提高了设计效率,缩短了开发周期。Abstract: Biomass grinder is a biomass straw crushed high-speed machine.Flat two-dimensional graph was used for traditional design approach,its disadvantages was not intuitive and inconvenient modification.Three-dimensional model design of key components of efficient biomass straw grinder was designed based on ProE.Physical properties and interference detection of model was analyzed.According to results of the analysis,assembly effects and structure of rationality were ensured and design scheme was amended.Application of this design can improve efficiency,and be shorter development cycles.
