Abstract: Objective condition of mechanization conservation tillage of Chengde county in recent ten years was analyzed.Problems were pointed out.Important role of mechanization conservation tillage technology was summarized，such as protecting ecological environment and promoting agricultural production.Opinions and suggestions of mechanization conservation tillage technology popularization of one year one ripe area were put forward.
