Abstract: Agricultural mechanization is main trend of agriculture development，strengthening agricultural machinery adult education and training is one of the main means to promote development of agricultural mechanization.The party′s eighteen proposed to strengthen construction of agricultural modernization.Only by improving agricultural machinery adult education and training，development of agricultural mechanization could promote agricultural modernization.Combined with characteristics of adult education in agricultural machinery training，current situation of adult education in agricultural machinery development was analyzed，and corresponding train of thought was put forward to speed up our country′s agricultural modernization.
