Abstract: By using traditional and agricultural ditching device to plough fire lane not only has poor effect，but also inefficiency is low.Domestic and foreign characteristics and research methods of ditching device were reviewed.The idea of designing a special forest fire prevention opener with matching of forest fire-fighting caravan was put forward.In order to meet the requirements of ploughing fire lane，the method of ANSYS finite element to surface optimization design and body optimization design of the ditching device was proposed.It laid the foundation for further research of special fire prevention opener.
