森林防火开沟装置研究现状及展望

Research Status and Prospect of Forest-fire Prevention Ditching Device

  • 摘要: 使用传统的农用开沟装置进行防火开沟,不仅防火效果较差,而且工作效率较低。综述了国内外开沟装置的特点和研究方法,提出了设计与森林消防车配套的防火专用开沟器的思想。建议运用有限元ANSYS方法进行开沟装置的曲面优化设计和机体优化设计,以满足林区耕翻防火线的要求,为今后深入开展专用防火开沟器研究工作奠定基础。

     

    Abstract: By using traditional and agricultural ditching device to plough fire lane not only has poor effect,but also inefficiency is low.Domestic and foreign characteristics and research methods of ditching device were reviewed.The idea of designing a special forest fire prevention opener with matching of forest fire-fighting caravan was put forward.In order to meet the requirements of ploughing fire lane,the method of ANSYS finite element to surface optimization design and body optimization design of the ditching device was proposed.It laid the foundation for further research of special fire prevention opener.
