基于Solidworks和3DVIA Composer的汽油发动机建模与维修保养

Building Model，Repairing and Maintaining about Gasoline Engine Based on Solidworks and 3DVIA Composer

摘要: 利用Solidworks设计软件的3维建模功能对汽油发动机进行设计，通过Solidworks软件与3DVIA Composer的数据接口将模型导入到3DVIA Composer软件环境中。通过软件的属性设置功能，对每个零件进行颜色、透明度、纹理和亮度等属性设定；通过软件的自由拖动、平移和旋转等变换功能，拆卸发动机的零部件。通过设置关键帧进行发动机3D拆装动画的制作，并在每一拆卸环节，重点分析了该部分的检查和维修注意事项，为指导用户进行发动机的维修和保养操作提供了依据。

Abstract: Solidworks was adopted to design gasoline engine.Designed model was led to 3DVIA Composer by data joggle between Solidworks and 3DVIA Composer.Color，transparency，vein and luminance of single parts were set by the property setting function of 3DVIA Composer.Every parts were disassembled through the transform function of software，such as freedom of drag，translation and rotation.3D engine disassembly was made by setting the key frame animation.Repairing and maintaining matters in every disassembling link were analyzed.It provided the basis for user to repair and maintain gasoline engine.
