Abstract: Theoretical basis and design thought of overall design scheme about feed liquid components added control system were introduced. Application of programmable controller（PLC），touch screen and weighing instrument in feed liquid components added system was discussed. Touch screen configuration module and software design of Siemens S7-200 programmable controller module were also introduced.
