木质素降解酶研究进展

Review on Lignin Degradation Enzyme

  • 摘要: 木质素是存在于高等植物细胞壁中的含量仅次于纤维素的生物多聚体,约占木本植物的25%,起着加固植物组织的作用。在植物组织中,木质素、纤维素和半纤维素以共价键形式接合,将纤维素分子包埋于其中,形成坚固的天然屏障,使一般的微生物很难进入其中分解纤维素,因此,木质素的降解是能否有效利用纤维素的关键之一。在自然界的碳元素循环中,木质素的降解和利用是最关键的限速环节。就木质素降解酶的研究进展进行综述,尝试为木质素的生物降解提供一些参考。

     

    Abstract: Lignin is biological polymer which is second only to cellulose content.It is present in the cell walls of higher plants.It is about 25% of woody plants,and play role of plant tissue reinforcement.In plant,tissue,lignin,cellulose and hemicellulose are in the form of a covalent bond joint,cellulose molecules is embedded in it to form a strong natural barrier.General microbes are difficult to enter the decomposition of cellulose.Therefore,degradation of lignin is one of the key point of effective utilization of cellulose.In the nature of carbon cycle,degradation of lignin and the use are the most critical link of speed limit.Progress on lignin degradation enzyme was reviewed,trying to provide some references for the biodegradation of lignin.
