Abstract: Rural biogas promotion and construction has great significance both in policy and rural modernization.Rural biogas promotion and construction of Pingdi country in Pan county were guided by country′s rural policy.It adjusted measures to local conditions，promoted structural adjustment of rural energy，and cooperated with the new rural construction，household appliances to the countryside，coverage and other rural project.But there is shortage such as low scale，inadequate comprehensive utilization，etc.If construction of small and medium sized biogas system could be combined with small and medium-sized farms built in recent years，it would increase its scale and the use of powerful benefits.
