Abstract: Through investigation and study of walnut drying equipment in domestic，which have the characteristic of large energy consumption，less uniformity and low quality，5 HH-3000 type and HG-120 type walnut fruit drying machine dryers were chosen for comparative study with drying equipment performance indicators.Results proved that drying performance of 5HH-3000 type was better than HG-120 type.It provided strong evidence for optimization improvement of drying equipment，and also provided a theoretical basis for choice of models and large-scale production.
