ICP-MS测定花草茶中金属元素含量

Determination of Metallic Element in Herb Tea by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry

摘要: 采用干化法对花草茶样品进行前处理，利用电感耦合等电子体质谱仪（ICP-MS）同时测定了样品中As、Cd、Cr、Pb、Sr、Mn、Cu和Zn 8种金属元素的含量。结果表明，采用ICP-MS法测得的加标回收率为90.3%～109.4％，样品重复性相对标准偏差为1.38%～8.19％。该法相比原子吸收光谱法，操作简单，快速准确，适用于花草茶中多种元素的同时快速确证检测。

Abstract: Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry（IC-MS）with dry ashing digestion was applied to determine arsenic，chromium，cadmium，lead，strontium，manganese，copper and zinc in Herb Tea.In addition，the recovery rate of standard addition was 90.3%～109.4％ and RSD was 1.38%～8.19％.It indicated that the method was simple，rapid，accurate which could meet demand for determining heavy metal elements in herb tea.
