Abstract: Aiming at the problems of high cost，low efficiency and high labor intensity for artificial transplanting，a potted tray seedlings automatic transplanting machine was designed.This machine is mainly composed of transplanting mechanism，bad seedling identification system and control system.It adapted to factory plug seedling production process.This process that seedlings from dense plug transplanting to drain plug or nutritional bowl realized mechanical operation.This potted tray seedlings automatic transplanting machine improved working conditions and efficiency.
