Abstract: Contract responsibility system has made great historic contribution in the history of China′s agricultural development.With the development of economy and society，family farm productivity system which adapt to productive present situation will become development direction of rural economic system reform.Building a family farm system with Chinese characteristics must have scientific institutions and mechanisms orientation，subject characteristics definition and functional characteristics definition，and also establish and support public policy support system，agricultural science and technology service system and common service platform.
