Effect Evaluation of ‘The Project on Science Popularization Benefiting Peasants and Prospering the Rural’

摘要: 在分析北京市科普惠农兴村计划效果评价现状的基础上，运用层次分析法，建立效果评价指标体系并赋予权重。利用该评价指标体系，分析2013年度北京市科普惠农兴村计划的统计数据，得出北京市各郊区县实施该计划的效果。

Abstract: On the basis of evaluation on effect of‘The Project on Science Popularization Benefiting Peasants and Prospering the Rural’，AHP was used to establish index system.Using evaluation index system，2013 data of the plan was analyzed.Finally，effect of counties of Beijing was reached.
