基于麻类作物的型孔轮式排种器排种性能试验

摘要: 为探究型孔轮式排种器对麻类作物种子的适应性关系,并为设计多功能精量播种机提供理论依据,在排种性能试验台上分别进行了亚麻、大麻、红麻和黄麻种子的排种性能试验。研究了排种器转速与播量、排种均匀性之间的关系,建立了排种器单位时间的排量与转速的数学模型。试验表明:该排种器适合麻类作物的排种作业,在排种亚麻时,转速应控制在20~60 rmin;排种大麻时,转速控制在10~30 rmin;排种红麻时,转速控制在10~30 rmin;排种黄麻时,转速控制在5~25 rmin。研究结论对采用型孔轮式排种器的多功能精量播种机的设计具有指导意义,并为研究通过转速来控制型孔轮式排种器变量排种提供了理论依据。Abstract: In order to explore hole-wheel seedmeter of hemp seed crop adaptability,and provide a theoretical basis for design of multifunctional seeder,seeding performance test of flax,hemp,jute and kenaf seeds were carried out in a row for performance test bench.Relationship between speed of seed metering device and uniformity of seeding rate,rotation speed and uniformity of seeding rate were studied.Experiments showed that suitable for the metering device of bast fiber crops seeding operation,in the row of flax,speed should be controlled in 20~60 rmin,seeding cannabis,speed should be controlled in 10~30 rmin,row of kenaf species,speed should be controlled in 10~30 rmin,in the row of jute,the speed should be control in 5~25 rmin.Conclusion on hole wheel design of multifunctional seeder row had guiding significance and research through speed to control hole wheel metering transformer metering provides a theoretical basis.
