基材与芯材对发泡混凝土自保温砌块抗压强度的影响

Effect of Base Material and Core Material on Compressive Strength of Self Thermal Insulation Block Foamed Concrete

  • 摘要: 发泡混凝土自保温砌块作为墙体砌筑材料,其抗压强度是检验其能否符合国家标准的重要因素之一。通过文献查阅和前期试验,筛选出浓度为27%的双氧水作为发泡剂,水泥、粉煤灰为胶凝材料,硬脂酸钙、聚羧酸等外加剂制备发泡混凝土。然后将密度等级为200、250和300的发泡混凝土芯材和密度等级为500、700和900的发泡混凝土基材进行复合,复合基材的厚度分别为25、30和35 mm,选用正交设计L9(34),安排试验方案制作9组发泡混凝土自保温砌块,通过试验的测试及数据分析,确定对抗压强度影响最大的因素。

     

    Abstract: As a kind of masonry material,compressive strength of self thermal insulation block foame concrete is one of the important factors that can meet national standards.Through literature review and preliminary test,it was screened as preparation of foamed concrete that hydrogen peroxide with concentration of 27% was used as foaming agent,cement and flyash as cementitious materials,calcium stearate and polycarboxylate as admixtures.Then the foamed concrete were compound which density of grade 200,250 and 300 as core material and that of grade 500,700 and 900 as the base material.Thickness of composite substrate was 25,30 and 35 mm respectively,using orthogonal design L9(34),nine groups of foamed concrete insulation block for the experiment arrangement were made.Through the test and analysis of test data,the most influential factors on compressive strength was confirmed.
