Abstract: Construction quality of farmland water conservancy project is closely related to development of agriculture.In order to support development of agriculture，it is necessary to strictly control construction quality of farmland water conservancy projects.Farmland water conservancy projects was briefly summarized，then technical difficulties and influence factors in process of farmland water conservancy projects were conducted.Finally management measures were put forward to ensure construction quality.
