Abstract: Based on survey and analysis of present situation and problems of Hunan province in the process of agricultural industrialization，combined with relevant national policies and other provinces of advanced experience，some suggestions and strategies for promoting industrialization of agriculture in Hunan province were elaborated and expounded.
