Abstract: Since reform and opening to outside world，the pace of China′s development has been speeding up.In the context of deepening reform，state financial investment in construction of all walks of life has increased.Agriculture is not only basic industry of our country，but also pillar industry.The status of agricultural industry in the social economy is the most important thing at any time.Therefore，how the country′s capital input in agriculture serves farmers better is a problem that agricultural financial workers should consider carefully and concentrate on.On this basis，significant problems on China′s current situation and management of agricultural financial special funds were elaborated，and opinions and suggestions to improve their financial management of special funds for agriculture were put forward.
