Abstract: System of agricultural products processing in Heilongjiang province has formed initially.But development of agriculture industry mainly relied on original products.Problems of deep processing of agricultural products when constructing were expounded，and reasons that restrict development of deep processing of agricultural products were analyzed.Four strategies were put up to solve problems，including optimize planting structure，integrate existing resources，expand sales of agricultural products and increase added value of agricultural products.It aims to make strong food processing industry and increase profit margins of agricultural products. Transformation of extensive agricultural products to high value-added products will be promoted through ‘leading industry，big chain，big industry and efficient agriculture chain of big brands’，and strive to achieve a new leap forward from major grain producing province to a strong agricultural province.
