Motion Dynamics Analysis of Robot Palletizer

  • 摘要: 未来市场发展,工业化进程会不断加深。码垛机器人有比较合理的运动动力学特性,被广泛应用。以技术为核心,码垛机器人向着智能化方向发展,力学分析是机器人设计的重要环节。以码垛机器人的Z轴升降机构动力学分析为主,对机器人整体进行了研究,并进行了相关计算,验证了Z轴方向受力的合理性。

     

    Abstract: In development of future market,industrialization process will continue to deepen.Robot palletizer with reasonable motion dynamics is widely been applied.Robot palletizer is developing towards intellectualization with technology is taken as core.Mechanical analysis is an important part of robot design.Robot palletizer as a whole was studied based on dynamic analysis of Z-axis lifting mechanism and relevant calculation was carried out,results verified rationality of force of Z-axis.
