Abstract: In development of future market，industrialization process will continue to deepen.Robot palletizer with reasonable motion dynamics is widely been applied.Robot palletizer is developing towards intellectualization with technology is taken as core.Mechanical analysis is an important part of robot design.Robot palletizer as a whole was studied based on dynamic analysis of Z-axis lifting mechanism and relevant calculation was carried out，results verified rationality of force of Z-axis.
