Abstract: Based on statistic and comparative analysis of occurrence of pest and disease and registration of pesticides in major and minor crops in Nanning，problems were found out.There were many species of sect and weeds in minor crops，and fewer pesticides were registered.Demand for pesticides in minor was dispersed，and enthusiasm of enterprises for registering pesticides was not high.Knowledge of drug use for farmers needed to be improved.Corresponding suggestions were put forward.Through various preferential policies，pesticide enterprises should be promoted to carry out pesticide registration in minor crops.Pesticide enterprises should focus on registering minor crop pesticide varieties with high scale and high economic value，making and promoting environmental protection type straw mat.Popularization and application of disease and insect grass green prevention and control technology should be strengthened.
