Abstract: Rural tourism has become an important part of Shaanxi tourism industry.As its scale continues to expand，problems such as repeated construction of resources，inadequate infrastructure，environmental protection and profit distribution have become increasingly prominent and have become bottlenecks restricting its further development. Perspective of planning and layout，product design，operation and management，and ecological transformation were necessary way to promote further development of rural tourism in Shaanxi.
