Abstract: Deepening management system reform in rural areas is an important content of agricultural supply side structural reform，which is also inevitable requirement of rural economic and social development to a certain stage.Reform conforms to inherent requirements of property rights incentive，and conforms to realistic choice of land relations reform，so as to achieve goal of rural prosperity，farmers′ income increase and agricultural development.Some suggestions that how to deepen reform of agricultural management system，were put forward which included four aspects，such as land management system，integration of three industries in rural areas，linkage mechanism of agricultural risks and elderly agriculture.
