Abstract: Management of quality and safety of agricultural products is related to people′s life and health，which is one of the major events that all countries have persisted for a long time.At present，China′s animal husbandry industry has developed rapidly，with production and sales ranking first in the world，but quality and safety management issues are outstanding.Current situation of quality and safety management of livestock products in China were expounded，experiences of quality and safety management of livestock products abroad were summarized，and countermeasures for improving quality and safety management level of animal products in China were put forword.
