山西省韭菜农残超标原因及治理对策

Cause and Countermeasures of Leek Excessire Pesticide Residues in Shanxi Province

  • 摘要: 对山西省2007—2017年全省11个地市的生产基地、批发市场和超市中1 208个韭菜样品中48种农药残留检测结果进行统计分析。分析结果表明:山西省韭菜中农药残留超标率高于历年各类蔬菜的平均超标率;检测参数相同的状态下,超标率相近;外省韭菜样品农残超标率高于山西省样品1.1%,生产基地超标率相对较低;禁用农药超标越来越少。该文针对以上数据分析,从种植、销售、监管和检测4个方面,结合山西省的农产品质量安全形势提出韭菜农药残留超标治理建议。

     

    Abstract: Statistical analysis was conducted on detection results of 48 pesticide residues in 1 208 leek samples from production bases,wholesale markets and supermarkets in 11 cities of Shanxi province from 2007 to 2017.Analysis results showed that ratio of pesticide residues in leek of Shanxi was higher than average level of vegetables over the years,overstandard rate of leek samples in other provinces was higher than that in Shanxi province.Production base is relatively low,fewer and fewer pesticides were banned.Through the analysis,some management suggestions of excessive pesticide residues in leek were proposed from four aspects of planting,sales,supervision and detection,and in combination with agricultural product quality and safety situation in shan province.
