种子内生细菌对黄华占水稻根系生长的影响

Effects of Endophytic Bacteria on Root Growth of Huanghuazhan Rice

摘要: 水稻种子内生细菌具有多样的生物学功能，可以影响根系的生长与发育。通过砂培法比较分析了3株内生细菌对黄华占水稻根系活力、酶活及鲜质量和干质量的影响。结果表明，3株内生细菌对黄华占根系鲜质量/干质量、根系活力、SOD/POD/CAT酶活性的影响不完全一致，但总体而言都具有积极的作用，其中菌株OH2的促生效果最好。

Abstract: Endophytic bacteria in seeds have diverse biological functions，which could affect growth and development of roots.Effects of 3 endophytic bacteria on Huanghuazhan′s root activity，enzyme activity，fresh weight and dry weight were analyzed by sand culture experiment.Results showed that effects of 3 endophytic bacteria on root fresh weight / dry weight，root activity and SOD/POD/CAT enzyme activity of Huanghuazhan were not identical，but all of them had positive effects on whole，effect of strain OH2 was the best.
