Abstract: Through analyzing and thinking of current situation of moderate scale crop cultivation in China，combined with development trend of China′s agricultural modernization，problems in development of moderate scale planting of food crops in China were expounded.In order to promote sustainable and healthy growth production of grain crops in China，solutions and suggestions on promoting development of moderate scale production of grain crops were put forward by analyzing issues such as land transfer and concentration，construction and management of new agricultural management entities，and government′s support policies，combined with China′s basic national conditions.
