Abstract: Chinese agriculture going global is at critical stage of seeking a high-quality development.Engineering consultation is urgently needed by overseas investment in agriculture implemented by China’s enterprises for scientific decision making.Tasks and development approaches of engineering consultation institutions how to play a key role in agriculture going global were presented by analyzing situation of agriculture going global and related engineering consultation，some suggestions were also put forward.
