基于农村土地流转的山地土地增值模式调查与研究——以安康市镇坪县千山庄园为例

Investigation and Research on Value-added Model of Mountain Land Based on Rural Land Transfer：Taking Qianshan Manor in Zhenping County，Ankang City as an Example

摘要: 新时代农业进行集约化、专业化、组织化和社会化经营管理是农村经济发展的重要保障。其中，农村土地流转制度的创新是发展农村经济、脱贫攻坚以及提高土地生产效率的有效途径。以安康市镇坪县千山庄园为例，对土地流转模式、千山庄园土地流转的优势进行分析，并在此基础上提出集约化、产业化的千山庄园经营思路。

Abstract: Innovation of rural land circulation system is an important guarantee for the construction of agricultural intensive，specialized，organized and socialized management.Taking Qianshan Manor in Zhenping county of Ankang city as an example，the mode of land circulation，and the advantages of land circulation of Qianshan Manor were analyzed.On this basis，the management idea of intensive management and industrialization of Qianshan Manor were put forward.
