手持式幼果连续套袋机研制
Development of Handheld Continuous Bagging Machine for Fruitlet

摘要: 幼果套袋是提高水果品质的重要措施。针对实际生产中幼果套袋劳动量和劳动强度较大的问题,研制了一种手持式幼果连续套袋机。该套袋机结构紧凑轻巧,具备取袋、撑袋、套袋、封袋和复位等功能,可手持对圆形或椭圆形的幼果进行连续套袋作业。在试验中可完成5~6个/min幼果的套袋作业,能够较大程度地减轻操作者的劳动强度,有效提高套袋效率,降低作业成本。Abstract: Bagging of fruitlet is an important measure to improve quality of fruit.A handheld continuous bagging machine for fruitlet was developed to solve problems of bagging labor and labor intensity.Bagging machine had advantages of compact and light structure,it also had functions of bag taking,bag supporting,bagging,bag sealing and resetting.In testing,handheld continuous bagging machine for fruitlet could complete bagging operations of 5-6 young fruit per minute,which was able to greatly reduce labor intensity of operators,and effectively improve bagging efficiency and reduce cost of work.
