Abstract: Technical application of thermal spraying technology on surface treatment of food drum dryer was introduced.By discussing in detail key technology scheme of thermal spraying process and quality control，a process and technology method of“three-pipe purging”was put forward.Then the materials，equipment，process parameters，control technology solutions and key technologies were discussed，and the surface treatment technology of food drum dryer were compared.
