翻转课堂视域下的农机教师队伍建设
Faculty Construction of Agricultural Machinery Based on Flipped Classroom

摘要: 翻转课堂是颠倒了传统课堂中知识传递与知识内化的阶段,改变授课时间与授课方式的一种新型教学模式,其以学生自主学习为中心的核心思想符合现代化的教育教学理念。翻转课堂教学的成功实施离不开高素质的教师队伍,在高等院校农机专业核心课程的建设过程中,如何提升新型教学模式下的教师队伍水平已成为当前面临的重要任务。该文立足于创新人才的培养理念,并分析了翻转课堂教学模式在现代化教育事业中的重要地位与应用现状,在此基础上探讨并研究了新形势下农机专业教师队伍的建设策略,为农机专业新型教学模式的应用提供保障。Abstract: Flipped classroom is a new teaching mode which reversed the stage of knowledge transfer and knowledge internalization in traditional classroom and changed teaching time and teaching methods.The core idea of flipped classroom which focused on student′s autonomous learning is in line with modern educational and teaching concepts.The successful implementation of flipped classroom cannot be separated from high-quality teachers.In the process of building core courses of agricultural machinery specialty in universities,how to improve level of teachers under new teaching mode has become an important task.Based on the concepts of innovative talents training,the important roles and application status of flipped classroom teaching mode in the modern education were summarized and analyzed.On this basis,some construction strategy of agricultural machinery teachers under new situation were explored and studied,which provided guarantee for application of new teaching mode in agricultural machinery specialty.
