基于山东省农业用水合理利用的多目标农作物种植结构调整

Optimization of Multi-Objective Crop Pattern Based on Irrigation Water Resources Allocation in Shandong Province

  • 摘要: 山东省是水资源极度匮乏的农业大省,农业用水依然是用水大项。为节约农业用水,在保证粮食安全的前提下,结合山东省农业供给侧改革内容,从种植效益和节水效益角度出发,运用多目标优化模型对农作物种植结构进行调整研究。结果表明:调整后山东省农作物种植结构由原粮、经2类变为粮、经、饲3类,种植比例也由3∶1转变为10∶5∶1,调整后7类作物(小麦、玉米、水稻、棉花、花生、大豆及蔬菜)种植净利润增加59.49亿元,节约农业用水量490.66万m3。种植结构优化调整达到了农业节水目的,同时增加了农业产值,且饲草种植比例的增加也符合农业供给侧改革调整方向。

     

    Abstract: Shandong is a large agricultural province,and its water resources are extremely scarce.Agricultural water is still a major water use item.On premise of ensuring food security,combined with content of agricultural supply side reform in Shandong province,from perspective of planting benefits and water-saving benefits,multi-objective optimization model was used to adjust crop planting structure.Results showed that,structure of crop cultivation in Shandong province has changed from original grain with ratio of 3∶1 to grain,economics,and feeding with ratio of 10∶5∶1 after adjustment,net profit of wheat,corn,rice,cotton,peanut,soybean and vegetable planting increased 5.949 billion yuan compared with that before adjustment,and water consumption of agriculture after adjustment saved 4.906 6 million m3 compared with that before adjustment.Optimal adjustment of planting structure had achieved the goal of agricultural water saving,increased agricultural output value,and increase of forage planting proportion was also in line with direction of agricultural supply side reform and adjustment.
