Abstract: Common points of developed countries′ success in realizing agricultural and rural modernization include establishment and improvement of a legal guarantee system，reform and improvement of agricultural support and protection system，construction of a strong agricultural and rural financial service system，implementation of large-scale operations to improve agricultural competitiveness，and agricultural cooperation important role of organization，persist in optimizing distribution of urban and rural productivity，vigorously promoting construction of rural infrastructure，focus on promoting integration and development of rural industries，adhere to sustainable rural development，taking multiple measures to eliminate the income gap between urban and rural areas，focus on improving quality of farmers′ employment，and inheriting and developing rural culture.It should reasonably draw on its mature experience，strengthen legal guarantee of agricultural and rural modernization，build a precise and efficient agricultural support and protection system，deepen reform of rural land system，accelerate construction of rural infrastructure and public service systems，adhere to green development to lead rural revitalization，and build modern agricultural vocational education system.
