Optimization and Test of Reflective Leaf Chlorophyll Content Detector

  • 摘要: 针对现有反射式仪器的输出值易受检测距离影响,且仪器在不同波长下的检测区不同而导致检测值出现偏差的问题,该文优化了现有仪器的输出参数,并提出多波长检测光路的设计方案,以此开发了一款反射式叶片叶绿素含量检测仪。试验结果表明,在不同光照条件下,仪器输出电压的最大波动率为0.95%,在不同检测距离下,仪器输出参数的最大波动率为1.13%,最佳检测模型的均方根误差为0.105 6 mg/g,表明仪器能够适应环境光和检测距离的变化,检测效果较好,可为田间作物的差异化分析提供支持。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problem that output value of existing reflective instrument is easily affected by detection distance,and detection area of instrument is different at different wavelengths,resulting in deviation of detection value,output parameters of existing instruments were optimized and a design scheme for multi-wavelength detection optical path was proposed,based on this,a reflective leaf chlorophyll content detector was developed.Test results showed that maximum fluctuation rate of output voltage of instrument under different lighting conditions was 0.95%,and maximum fluctuation rate of output parameters of instrument under different detection distances was 1.13%.RMSE of the best detection model was 0.105 6 mg/g.It showed that the instrument could adapt to changes in ambient light and detection distance,and detection effect was better,which could provide support for differential analysis of field crops.
