Abstract: Disinfection，deodorization and purification are strong guarantees in culture field for its safety production.Ozone has characteristics of strong oxidizing property，low cost and no residue，which can provide better thoughts to improve disinfectant and purification efficiency on livestock and poultry breeding.Application and effects of ozone technology on livestock and poultry breeding were summarized from three aspects including disinfection，deodorization and purification.At last but not least，problems of ozone which would be applied in culture field that need to be solved urgently were discussed as well.
