Abstract: The management course is a general education course for engineering majors to meet requirements of engineering education certification.Based on engineering talents cultivation of ability quality request，project management courses teaching reform approach was analyzed by SWOT method.It was studied that“flipped classroom”and“case teaching”mode played an important role on realizing“student-centered”，“outcomes-based education”and“continuous quality improvement”concepts.Innovation strategy of curriculum content optimization and teaching reform of teaching methods were put forward，reform effect and problems were summarized，level of engineering professional management courses teaching and students ability were promoted.
