Abstract: Shangluo city is located in the Qinling Mountains，temperate continental climate，suitable for tree growth，rich in forest resources，is the best suitable area for chestnut.Chestnut industry has become an advantageous industry in Shangluo region.Taking development of chestnut industry in Shangluo city as research object，a series of problems existing in development of chestnut industry in Shangluo city were obtained by combing current situation and analyzing problems，and relevant suggestions were put forward to promote better development of chestnut industry in Shangluo city.
