Abstract: With improvement of cultivated land conservation awareness，organic fertilizer spreader has gradually attracted people′s attention as a special machine for returning organic fertilizer to the field.In view of shortcomings of organic fertilizer spreader such as chain plate type and agitator type currently applied in the market，a new type of hydraulic push type organic fertilizer spreader was studied and designed.Technical advantages of hydraulic push type organic fertilizer spreader were described from aspects of structure principle，technical characteristics，key technology and application test effect，to provide a reference for development，application and promotion of organic fertilizer returning technology and equipment in China.
